Following appointments have been made in Vaasan & Vaasan Group's
Fresh Bakery Products Business Area, valid from January 1, 2009:
Appointments in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
As Ants Promann
will be responsible for Fresh Bakery Products Business Area, Olli Johansson, currently Finance
Director, will be appointed as Country Manager, Estonia. Rita Ramanauskiene and Vesa Jalava will continue in their present
positions as Country Managers of Lithuania and Latvia.
Appointments in Finland
Kari Lampinen, currently Director in charge of
the Commercial Operations (Finnish Operations), will be appointed as Country
Manager of Finland. He will be responsible for
Fresh Bakery Products, Finland, and of all retail sales and marketing in Vaasan
& Vaasan Oy. Tapio Waris, currently Production
Director of the Finnish Operations, will be appointed as Production Director. Olli Lavikka, currently Product
Development Director of UAB Vilniaus Duona, will be appointed as
Product Development Director of Fresh Bakery Products Business Area. He will be relocated
in Espoo, Finland.
