Vaasan & Vaasan Oy and the international biscuit producer KelsenBisca
A/S have established co-operation. According to the agreement Vaasan &
Vaasan Oy starts marketing the products of KelsenBisca in Finland from
September 1, 2003. KelsenBisca will sell and market crisp bread products of
Vaasan & Vaasan Oy in Danish markets.
KelsenBisca is the market leader for biscuits and cookies in the Nordic
countries. The company has three factories comprising 34 production lines in
Denmark. The head office of KelsenBisca is located in Copenhagen. Main brands
Kjeldsens, Bisca, KarenVolf and Royal Dansk are widely known. 40% of
KelsenBisca products are sold in Denmark and other Nordic countries and the
remaining 60 % are exported to the other parts of the world. The turnover of
KelsenBisca is 1.5 billion DKK. The company has appr. 1000 employees.

extremely well to the product range of Vaasan & Vaasan Oy. The
establishment of sales channel to Danish markets through KelsenBisca promotes
