
8 slices VAASAN Rapeat
1 Russian pickled
cucumber
1 tbsp honey (liquid)
1/2 dl sour cream
fresh parsley, black pepper
Cut VAASAN Rapeat thins into three pieces with a
sharp knife or cut them with round molds. Cube pickled cucumbers
and mix with honey, let be for a moment. Whip sour cream. Spread cucumber mix
on VAASAN's
and extrude sour cream on the top. Garnish with parsley and black pepper.
